1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website MARVEL MOULDS you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

2. Services and Product Information

  • Nature of Business: Marvel Moulds specializes in the design and manufacture of plastic injection moulds, PET Moulds, Mining Engineering Equipment*, Healthcare Products, Caps and Closure, etc. The information provided on this Site (including product specifications, capabilities, and infrastructure descriptions) is for general informational purposes only.
  • Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all content, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  • No Contract Formation: Information on the Site, including details on our services and capabilities, does not constitute an offer to enter a contract. All project engagements (mould design, manufacturing, validation, and sales) are subject to a separate, written, mutually agreed-upon contract between Marvel Moulds and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation of such content, is the property of Marvel Moulds or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business informational use. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included content unless expressly authorized by us in writing.
  • Client IP: Any designs, drawings, or specifications submitted to Marvel Moulds by a client are and shall remain the intellectual property of the client. Marvel Moulds agrees to treat such information as confidential as outlined in separate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or project contracts.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or the servers and networks connected to the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.
  • Submit any false, inaccurate, or misleading information when contacting us or requesting a quote.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, materials, and services made available through the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranty of any kind.

  • Marvel Moulds makes no warranty that the Site will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The actual performance, quality, and durability of moulds manufactured by Marvel Moulds are governed solely by the terms and warranties explicitly set forth in the separate formal manufacturing contract executed by the parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Marvel Moulds, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
  • Any content obtained from the Site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marvel Moulds and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use of the Site or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Telangana State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
